Program Overview
Inventory Items
Easy Track allows for the creation of two different types of Inventory Item
1.Standard Inventory Item. These items can be moved or relocated between multiple locations in any direction.
2.Composite Inventory Item which consists of multiple standard inventory items with attached quantities that the user specifies. These composite inventory items standard inventory items can be manufactured on demand and can be moved or relocated between multiple locations in any direction.
Inventory items can be allocated an existing barcode number or Easy Track can generate and print its own barcodes using a label printer.
Access to the inventory module can be controlled by user via the security module in Easy Track.
Inventory Locations
Inventory Locations can be created on demand and be representative of a physical location, a supplier, a person, job card number or anything you require the location to be.
Stock Take Can be performed on any created location and then be reported on.
Access to the location module can be controlled by user via the security module in Easy Track.
Inventory Relocation
All inventory items can be relocated by scanning the inventory barcode number or searching for the inventory item by description or barcode number. Provision is made for two references for the two locations being used and the use of these references can be enforced in the program setup.
Inventory Items can be created on the fly while relocation is being done.
An Inventory Relocation receipt can be printed on completion of the relocation and the automatic printing of the relocation receipt can set in the program setup.

Scenario1
Feeding Scheme
Inventory items are relocated from a Supplier Locations into the Main Store Location. Composite Inventory items are created and manufactured. The manufactured items are then relocated from the Main Store Location to Recipient Locations that have been created.
Easy Track will track and report on all relocations that have been done as well as the current inventory stock on hand levels at all relevant Locations that have been used.
Scenario2
Text Book tracking at a School
Various text books are created as inventory items. The text book inventory items are relocated from Supplier locations into the Main Store location. The learners are created as locations and the text book inventory items are relocated to the Learner Locations as required. At the end of the semester the text book inventory items are relocated back from the Learner locations to the Main Store Location.
Easy Track will track and report on all relocations that have been done as well as the current inventory stock on hand levels at all relevant Locations that have been used.
We provide telephonic support during office hours 09H00-17H00.We also provide online support via TeamViewer.Please note there are no monthly costs for Easy Pos but it has an annual support fee of R 390.00 payable once a year.The first years support fee is covered by the initial purchase of the Easy Pos Software.
Returns Policy:
All components have been tested. Retail Systems can assist within 30 days of purchase to assist telephonically or login in over the Internet with Teamviewer to assist with installation & configuration. This does imply or importing / building of your business item database. If Retail Systems has determined that there is any faulty part of the solution,Please contact us within 7 days of collection or delivery and we will replace the the component at our cost.
